Sources tell Yahoo! that the Spurs have acquired Jax in exchange for Richard Jefferson a conditional first-round draft pick: “The San Antonio Spurs have reached an agreement to acquire Stephen Jackson from the Golden State Warriors in exchange for Richard Jefferson, league sources told Yahoo!
